Hooray Truck Birthday Card

Hello my crafty friends

I was looking for something else, and came across a 12 x 4" piece of cloud printed paper, and I decided to go ahead and use it for a card. There is still one more piece of it left for another day.

I punched balloons from card stock and added them to the die cut truck with bakers twine.
