Slimline Card With Pop Up Balloons

I used Karen Burniston's Heart Collage Pop Up with the Balloon Collage Add on for the mechanism. The twine was added to the balloons and to the ECD tractor. 

Our SIL has a tractor on their farm and I know he is going to get a kick out of his card. When he finally receives it, that is - it is SLOWLY making it's way through the mail system, and he didn't get it in time for his Birthday. Sigh.
