"Spread Joy Not Germs" Blog Hop

Hello crafty friends ...

It's my second post today, but when Your Next Stamp said they were going to be a sponsor of the "Spread Joy Not Germs" Blog Hop I wanted to play along! I  had picked up this ADORABLE hugging cat & dog stamp from YNS back in 2019 as part of their Valentine's Day release. If you follow my blog, you know I tend to purchase stamps and dies for their longevity and versatility. I use these critters all year round, as they work for far more than just Valentine's Day!

Since the outside has a lot going on, I wanted to keep the inside somewhat simpler but still add a Pop Up inside. Also, since I didn't use any patterned paper on the card front, you know I had to add some inside! I used the Katherine Label Pop Up inside, adding an inked YNS doily to the arm.

The SMILE comes from the Photo Booth Panel die, and the Epic Day is from the Way Cool Monsters. And of course I had to add some sparkly Gumdrops on the front and inside.

I am putting this card in the mail to a friend. I have been doing that a fair bit during this surreal time of self isolation - everyone loves to get some happy mail and know that someone is thinking of them and I really AM keeping our friends and family in my thoughts more than ever. #spreadjoynotgerms
