Hello crafty friends ...
I really enjoy the YNS Fun Friday Challenges, and seeing how everyone interprets them for their projects. This time around I went with the stripes in the bold black and white leaves for the Stripes in this challenge! The pattern comes from a printed A2 card from my stash. Since they are printed on both the back and front, I usually cut them in half and use both sides to get two card panels. These two cards will be donated to my Mom's old nursing home.
Paired with the Chameleon from 'One In a Chameleon' and the new Stitched Rectangle Frames, I thought it made for bright and cheerful cards that the residents are sure to like.
One of the other printed cards in the box was black and white striped, so I cut a strip from that to use inside the card.
Below you can see both cards I made, using the fronts and backs of that printed A2 card.
The Fun Friday Challenge #137 runs through April 30th 2020 at midnight. One random participant will win a $15 gift certificate to the Your Next Stamp store.
