It's Saturday and that means a new challenge at the Crazy4Challenges Blog. Our October Hostess is Kathleen Adams and here is Kathleen's challenge for this week: "Today is CANCER AWARENESS DAY! You can make a support card for someone who is currently fighting cancer, or a card of cheer for someone who has won his or her battle!"
I have always liked these stamps by Verve so pulled them out again for my challenge card. I also stamped the background! I really liked Concord & 9th's "Lovely Blossoms Turnabout" stamp and can see me using it quite often.
The sentiment was stamped on a large stitched fish tail banner by Pink and Main, and the gloves were water coloured with dye ink and a water brush then fussy cut.
