Hello crafty friends ...
Welcome to our Karen Burniston Products - KB Riley LLC November Release Blog Hop. The Design Team have come together with Karen today for a fun blog hop to celebrate the release of 10 new dies. Sneak peeks of the new release started last week, and orders will start shipping the first week in November.

- Add-on die set for the Surprise Ball Pop-up and Bitty Ball Pop-up die sets - Animal Add-on 3 (creates a Penguin; Deer and Moose)

- 2 New Pattern Plate - Snowflakes; Holly
- A new charm sets - Holiday Charms
- New frames to work with Fancy Frames Accordion - Fancy Winter Frames
- Stand Alone Die Set - Holiday House
People love to see these cards in action, so I have a walkthrough of my card on YouTube HERE.
The Pattern Plates are sized to fully cover the front of a standard A2 card. Because I wanted to make a shaker card, I needed a frame to hide the foam tape underneath, so I nested two Crosshatch Rectangles together to create my pretty crosshatch frame. Both the Snowflake Pattern Plate and the frame were die cut from white pearlized card stock and I set aside the fallaway rectangle from the frame piece to use on another project. The cut-aparts were in the same paper pad as the patterned paper.
Below is the full Blog Hop list. You should have arrived here from Lois Bak, and your next stop is Fran Sabad. If you are just popping into my blog - head to the start of the hop (Karen Burniston) so you don't miss any of the fun inspiration!

ReplyDeleteI just watched your video, Keren. What a lovely way to make a shaker card. Also showed me how easy it is to incorporate that beautiful snowflake in the A7 card. I buy those packs from Michaels and/or Hobby Lobby, so most of my cards are that size. And when you open your card ... out pops the branch with the snowflake. Beautifully done!
