Good morning friends
I added Stickles to each of the flower centres on the patterned paper, and also on the sticker embellishment so it's nice and sparkly.
Here is a peek at the inside. I added Karen Burniston's new Crosshatch ovals and the little flower & centre from the Upsy Daisy Pop-Up set as it matched so perfectly with the patterned paper. We wrote a message to her on the white oval, and signed our names on the white label area.
Karen Burniston's Honey Bear is long retired, but I still have a couple made up and in my embellishment bin so pulled two out to use on these gift card holders. For the first Gift Card Holder, I added an arrow die to coordinate with the patterned paper as well as some layers cut with a Blueprints die set.
Glitter dots were used on the bear's eyes and I added a black glaze pen detail to his nose (I adore that nose) and drew a heart on the arrow.
This final one actually uses a Honey Bear that had been posted on a project before. I can't remember if it was a tag or what, but when the project had been enjoyed long enough and was heading for the recycle bin I pulled off the bear and popped it in the bin to re-use.
This time the bear was attached to a yellow crosshatch circle, then adhered to the card front with an Action Wobble. I love how he bobs and wobbles around.
The 'enjoy' is from Karen Burniston's new Word Set 6 Summer and is quickly becoming a favourite.
Today I wanted to share a few more Gift Card holders, so I can get the photos filed away. One was included with our Mother's Day card for my MIL and the others were for our daughter's hubby's for Father's Day.
Dawn Griffith shared this technique awhile ago, and since then it's been my Go-To Gift Card Holder. It's quick and easy and works like a charm. I add a lot less layering than Dawn does in her video so you can dress them up a fair bit or leave them simpler as I do. As always, there is a link to her video at the end of my post.
First up is the Mother's Day card. I used a sweet double sided floral paper, some punches and dies and a lovely sticker as the embellishment.

Next up are the Father's Day ones which were made using older patterned paper from my stash.
