Flamingo Birthday Z-Fold Card

Good morning friends

Generally Friday is the day I post any Flip-It Cards I've made during the week and I refer to it as Flip-It Friday. However, I also post Z-fold cards since they are similar so I am going to start to refer to my Friday posts as Fun Fold Friday instead.

I found a package of bright, large chipboard sticker embellishments on clearance at Michaels, and since there were two (or three, can't remember for sure) flamingos in the package I bought it. Ha! I  pulled it out with some patterned paper from my stash and made a Z-Fold card for Fun Fold  Friday here on my blog.

I added some glitter to the feathers and a black glaze pen on her eye. The beak was already gold foiled, which I loved. I used Karen Burniston's Word Set 5 Royalty for the 'it's good to be' banner, then an alpha die set to spell out PINK.

Inside are the new Crosshatch rectangles and the flamingo from the Beach Charms set as well.

I had so much fun making this card! Flamingos just make me happy.

Kraft, pink and white card stocks
Patterned paper - Papercraft House
Chipboard sticker Flamingo - Recollections
Black glaze pen - Sakura
Stickles
Alpha die - Elizabeth Craft Designs

Copic marker
