C4C420 Valentine Card Duo

Good morning friends

It's Saturday and that means a new challenge at the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. I am the hostess this month, and I'd like to send a big shout out to Kristine Reynolds for agreeing to be our Guest Designer this month! You can find her blog HERE.  This is my challenge this week:   Add a heart to your project this week. You can make a Valentine, put a little heart on a critter, or make a heart shaped card - just show us a heart!

I had an urge to use a sketch for my cards, so I chose Splitcoast Stampers #355. I think I will use this one a fair bit - especially since I wrote down the measurements for it which will make it easy for the next time.

The patterned papers were a gift from my Stampin' Up rep last year, and I barely made a dent in the package then. I also had some of these cute acetate embellishments in my stash so used them as well.

The second card is nearly identical, I added glitter glue to the flowers on this one, and to some of the hearts on the card above.

Both cards were the same inside.

Check out the C4C blog to see how the Crazies have been inspired by the challenge. We'd  love to see your take on it, so be sure to stop by the Crazy 4 Challenges blog and link up your creations. If you are uploading to an online gallery, please use the keyword C4C420.
