Anniversary Tower Pinwheel Card

Hello my crafty friends. I hadn't made a Tower Pinwheel card in quite a while, so decided to create one for our eldest daughter and her hubby for their Anniversary. I pulled out that retired patterned paper, stickers etc that I have been working with and have a walkthrough of my card on YouTube - these cards are as much fun to play with as they are to make!

The first photo above shows each of the 4 decorated panels, and below is what the card would look like coming out of the envelope ...

If you would like to see a tutorial on how to make a Tower Pinwheel card in various sizes, I highly recommend Linda's video HERE .

Here is a link to the Label for other Tower Pinwheel cards here on my blog:

Paper Pumpkin Alternate - Tower Pinwheel Card

Hello!  Today's share is another Tower Pinwheel Card and this time I combined foiled patterned paper from Lawn Fawn with the foiled card bases that were included in the October Paper Pumpkin Kit. I have a walkthrough of my card on YouTube

Below is what the card would look like coming out of the envelope. These cards fold down completely flat for mailing but also stand beautifully for display.

Below is the final page, where we will sign our name ...

Vintage Thanksgiving Tower Pinwheel Card

Hello! I have one more autumn themed Tower Pinwheel card to share with a walkthrough with all the details on YouTube

Below is a collage showing each of the panels. I used cut apart from the paper pad, gold foil card stock and Karen Burniston's Autumn Elements to cut the pumpkins and acorns.

I love how flat these cards fold down yet stand for display. I know I will be making more of this type of card, probably a Christmas one next!

It looks like even the single sheets in the Amber Moon range are unavailable to link for you, but I have found some different gold foil card stock that I can link!

Halloween Tower Pinwheel Card with Pop Up's

Hello!  Yes, I made another 5 x 7" Tower Pinwheel Card. They are just so fun - both to create and 'play with' afterwards! Of course I like cards that stand really nicely for display and these ones do that for sure. They fold completely flat for mailing and I have a walkthrough of my card on YouTube:

Below is a collage photo of each of the pinwheel paddles. Weeks ago, a talented crafter called Vy Tran shared a Tower Pinwheel card with a Pop Up and that is what inspired my card today. While I didn't have a chance to make a tutorial for this card specifically, I will link my tutorial for creating a Simple Box Pop Up below and the same technique works for these days.

I was happy to find a purple 5 x 7" envelope in my stash!

I have all the details on YouTube

I am so impressed with how flat these cards fold down for mailing! Below is a collage photo showing all the different 'flaps'.

Thanksgiving Tower Pinwheel Card

Hello
and welcome to Fun Fold Friday here on my blog.  When I created my first Tower Pinwheel Card I said I would make another one only a 5 x 7" size instead of the A2 one I had just finished. Here is my first one in that size, and I can tell you I will do more for sure. These cards are SO fun to make, easy peasy and the options for decorating are endless. I have a walkthrough with all the details on YouTube:

Below is what the card would look like coming out of the envelope:

Each side of the pinwheel pieces are decorated - I chose some older stickers from my stash because they had gold foiling which matched the gold foiling in the patterned papers. Note - I adhered the stickers to white card stock then fussy cut them out for stability.

The patterned paper was on the Clearance Rack at Stampin' Up - I love all the gold foiling on it. The photo below has a label for our personal greeting. For some reason the clear sticker at the top of the label is faded out but you can see it clearly in the photo above.

Additional Supplies:
Patterned paper - Gilded Autumn, Stampin' Up (retired)
Kraft, Cream card stocks - stash
Stickers - Paper Studio and Hallmark
Copic markers
Resin circle sticker - Recollections
Thanksgiving Blessings - Taylored Expressions (retired)

Hello!  It's Fun Fold Friday here on my blog and today I'm sharing a new-to-me Fun Fold Card ... it's called a Tower Pinwheel Card. These have been very popular lately - it took awhile for me to make one and then awhile to get it posted here. I actually made this card in early July, and I have a walk through on YouTube here:

Below is what the card looks like coming out of the envelope. It's amazing how flat it folds down!

These cards stand so nicely for display!
