Floral Mini Slimline Sympathy Card

Hello friends.  While making sympathy cards is not enjoyable, I do like being able to take care in the elements I choose while thinking about the recipient and their grief. For this card I made a Mini Slimline card with white pearlized card stock. Then I layered two different Mini Slimline dies by Kat Scrappiness that were cut from white card stock. The pretty florals are actually die cut from Washi Tape - the Joyful Bouquet set by Pinkfresh Studios. I just love the soft and pretty water coloured look with the touches of gold. Everything that is available is linked below for you.

Here is a peek at the inside, with a detailed Mini Slimline die from Gina Marie Designs. I added a stamped sentiment and another one of the Washi Tape florals pieces. This Washi Tape is just over 4" wide, so you adhere it onto white card stock or vellum and then use the coordinating die to cut all the pieces out with one pass through your machine.

Even with all the different floral pieces I added to the card, I didn't use up a full repeat of the pattern on the Washi - so there are plenty of repeats on a single roll. There are also coordinating stamp and layering stencils, so if you run out of the Washi you can always stamp, die cut and stencil! I love the versatility in these Pinkfresh Studio sets.

I forgot to mention the floral piece on the envelope. It's on a roll, similar to Washi but it's not self adhesive and it's made of paper. I have had it for years, and can't remember where I even got it! But I thought it made a nice lead in for this card, which was hand delivered to a friend.
