This Mini Slimline Card is one that practically made itself. I love it when that happens! I knew exactly what I wanted to do when I saw the theme and pulled out the sweet Happy Days Mermaid stamps, the new Wonky Stitched Ovals and the new Mini Slim Stitched Panel dies. The largest mini slimline die was cut from pretty patterned paper and adhered to my card front. Then I cut out one of the Wonky Stitched Ovals through both layers for a window.
Once the card was finished, I added Glossy Accents to the stamped bubbles and a few on their own and set the card aside to dry overnight. I am terrible at being impatient and smearing Glossy Accents!
When the card is opened you see the entire mermaid, another stitched panel cut from pretty papers and other images from the stamp set.
I added the mermaid to a folded paper spring, so she bounces a little when you open the card. I will add the video I used to make the springs below ...
