Everything I used for this card is more than a few years old and they were fun to get out and play with again. I used a Patchwork die from Your Next Stamp to cut the patterned paper into the stitched wedges, then assembled them onto a white panel. I cut that panel with a stitched rectangle die then matted it with black. When I was seeing how it looked on different coloured card bases, I decided to use the two leftover patchwork pieces and go with a white card base.
The sentiment (Karen Burniston) was stamped then punched out and popped up with foam tape. I wanted a little more contrast, so punched the label out again from black, cut it in half and added those to the back sides of the white one. Finally I added a Doodlebug spider sticker with a black pen line.
