Good morning friends
Still loving and getting lots of use out of the Lawn Fawn's Happy Happy set, which I used on the front flap. The layered labels are older ones from my stash and ... yes, there is another one of those Stampin' Up Doily's.
The banner and words are new from the Stamps of Life and they are going to get lots of use as well.
The butterfly was punched from the bottom corner of the white panel, then backed with a scrap of patterned paper. I added some Glitter Dots as well as some Nuvo Crystal Drops (my newest obsession).
The coolest thing about these 'Box Cards' is that they fold up completely flat to fit in an envelope!
Today I'm sharing the card I made for my Mom for Mother's Day. I wanted it to be extra special this year so once again I used the measurements from Sandi MacIver's video (see it HERE). These cards are so easy to make and can be done with a single piece of letter sized card stock.
I did a Make & Take with Lawn Fawn at CHA and they had their shammy out for us to clean off our stamps with. OMGoodness. That thing is amazing. I've seen it advertised but I was happy with how I cleaned my stamps so it all went right over my head. But once I used it? As soon as I came home I ordered one and I love it. Stamps are sparkling clean - I can't say enough good things about it.
OK - back to my card ... it was fun poking around in my sticker box to chose what elements to add inside.

The leafy branch was cut from green patterned paper a couple of times, then I just snipped them apart and tucked them in here and there - wherever I wanted a little greenery.

Mom will be able to display this card on her table as it is nice and sturdy when opened.
