Rainbow Dog Birthday Card

I know I've made a lot of cards using these rainbow dog note cards but I saved this poodle one for my friends birthday card. Obviously, she loves poodles!  If you would like to learn more about these rainbow dog note cards, I have a YouTube video HERE. 

The note card was cut down and the front panel matted with black. Then it was added to a Waffle Flower panel and I popped up a glimmer foiled Happy Birthday with foam tape. The dogs nose got a coating of glossy shimmer, so it's raised and shiny.
