All six of my cards will be donated to my Mom's old nursing home. I ended up using up some of the cut aparts that were included in the paper pad as the decorative element on the front and since most of those had sentiments I only needed to stamp on one of them. I used the Birthday Builder stamp set, which comes with lots of "Happy" and lots of "Birthday" stamps in a variety of fonts and sizes which makes it easy to combine the words to fit your needs.
Since I had the paper pad out anyhow, I decided to just go ahead and CUT IT UP to make little 'card kits'. I combined patterns that I thought went together, added the last couple of cut aparts with some of them and put everything in a ziplock bag to work on when I'm inspired to create. Or when I only have time to make a quick card but want to make SOMEthing. I can add embellishments and sentiments from my stash, with probably some border die cuts and I think they will work well for more nursing home donation cards. I'll share photos when I do eventually finish up the paper pad. This brings me one step closer!
