Trio of Gift Card Holders, Paper Pumpkin Alternates

Hello!
Today I'm sharing three Gift Card Holders made with the June Paper Pumpkin Kit. Once again I really liked the kit but once again I had to shake my head at the colour choices. So I decided to just do my own thing with the kit rather than make them as shown on the instruction sheet.

The kit came with three of these dark green note card bases, which are white inside and have coordinating white envelopes. The cards are 3.5 x 5" when folded. There were also three of the green 'ink splat' panels. Since I was making them up right before Father's Day and needed a couple of masculine Gift Card Holders that is where my mind went first.

I added some gold leafing to two green ink splat panels, trimmed them down slightly, then pulled out the final two tree elements from the March Paper Pumpkin kit. I knew I had one left, but was surprised to see that I actually had two. That worked better, as I could make two (nearly identical) gift card holders!!!

The 'Enjoy' is from Karen Burnston's 'Enjoy The Ride' die set.

Inside, I used the Diagonal Gift Card Pocket from Lawn Fawn and cut up that third green decorated panel to decorate each of the two pockets.

I had used all three of the green printed patterns on the two Gift Card Holders above, but I still had one of the green note card bases and white envelopes left. So I pulled out some of the (retired) plaid patterned paper from Stampin' Up and made the third one into a Gift Card Holder as well.

The truck ephemera is from my stash and it was popped up onto one of Karen B's Crosshatch Ovals.  Then I added some of the plaid paper to the envelope flap as well.

When I looked at the remaining piece of plaid paper, I realized that I didn't have to create a pocket as adding this inside the card along the edges would create the pocket for me!

Finally, I added a little hand cut banner to the top right. I didn't use any of the June Paper Pumpkin stamps on these three but it's a great stamp set and I have used it on the next two Birthday Cards I created with the kit. Those will be shared another day.
