Margarita Shaker Card

Hello crafty friends ...

Today I'm sharing a card I sent to a friend. We were supposed to get together for margarita's in Arizona this month, but obviously with all that is going on in the world that didn't happen. We were both very disappointed, to say the least. I thought a little 'Margarita Happy Mail' would cheer her up!

The pink patterned paper has pretty pearlized cacti embedded in it, which I loved. The Margarita Glass was cut from white pearl card stock, and there are some of the adorable ice cubes from MFT Stamps inside the shaker as well as other sparkly filler.

Here is a peek at the inside ... there are silver border Peel Off's below and above the patterned paper strips and I wrote a note to her in the centre area.

I stamped a cactus on the envelope front and flap, then hand wrote "sealed with glue, not saliva" on the flap. During the COVID-19 crisis, this is good information to have. Sigh.

White card base and envelope - Michaels
