It's Masculine Card Monday here on my blog. I have a whole bin of cards that are half finished, or bits and pieces I want to use on a card 'sometime'. This puppy, shoes and hat was one of the items in the bin so I pulled them out and finished a card for Father's Day.
I stamped and stippled a blue cloud background to attach the stamped pieces too, then added a Simon Says die cut WISHING.
