Riley the Moose Clown Birthday Card

Good morning friends

There are some new designs for Dress-Up Riley over at Riley & Company and I think the Birthday set is so fun! Everything was coloured with ink pencils and a water brush and cut out with the coordinating dies. The background was also fun to do with a border stamp from Prickley Pear. I just kept moving the card base up on the gridlines of my MISTI pad and changing the ink colours on the border stamp. Easy peasy to do with the MISTI stamp positioner.

Clown Riley was adhered to a white stitched circle, then the whole circle was attached to the stamped background with an Action Wobble so Riley bobs and wobbles around.

In order to get Riley's chin not to be covered up by the clown collar, I actually snipped his head off and re-attached it over top of the collar.

Since I adore the stitched scalloped border from Prickley Pear, I added one inside to bring in some more colour. The card base is Fuchsia Soft Finish Card stock which is brightly coloured & textured on the front and white on the reverse.
